Dec /09. Called my cell # that almost no one has, at about 7:45pm. Answered and no one there/hung up.ps-- 778 #s are usually based in Vancouver, BC (but some are on Vanc Island)

when you dial (778) 329-4595 it is not a working number.....why is that? ?but they can call you?

Collection Agency

It's a Vancouver based collection agency called BDV.

Oh another thing is that the first caller actually tried to call me like 4 times, before they used a tactic to the effect of "if this is the wrong number, please please call me back to let me know..." LOLI never got a call from that caller again, I now have a 2nd person trying to call (south asian lady...). She's really persistent too.. using the same script of needing to sign some urgent documents. I'm having fun just answering and just leaving the phone on the sofa for a few minutes. I think next time, I will actually say "hello.." then put them on hold - over and over and over again!
