If you want them to stop harassing you, call their toll-free number:

1-+1 888-311-1121.

You can get a hold of a real person at that number. That's what my husband and I did, and they finally stopped harassing us.

Also: They have many many complaints made against them at the Better Business Bureau. If phoning them has no effect, you could try that route as well.

Several calls from this number as well.....thanks for the info people......I informed them that if I get anymore calls from this number I will be calling the RCMP....Ans I will!!!!!!

I received this call twice in two days...it was an automated message saying something like, "You are being contacted about an important business matter!  Please stay on the line."   I hung up.   If it is indeed a collection agency, they should have figured out by now that the person who had this number before hasn't had it for 3 1/2 years!!  How annoying!
