Thank you Rusty for the following info:  "In Vancouver contact Erin Coe on her direct line (604) 661-7902"/  I called and had to leave a message and it took a couple of days for Erin to call, but she did and we will  be removed from their list within 24 hours.  This number kept calling our fax number, so I had no way of trying to respond to them.  By the way, Erin was very pleasant and I have to admit that I was not as our fax and phone have been ringing constantly today - all with telemarketer calls!

This number keeps calling and calling and calling.  Twice a day almost everyday.  First they tried with a (604) 687-4559 number.  I didn't pick up and now they're trying with a (778) 329-0347 number.  Don't know who they are but they certainly have a lot of time on their hands..

Got several calls from (778) 329-0347 and (604) 687-4559.  Both of these say they're calling about an important business matter.  The message repeats 2 or 3 times and the line goes dead.  Calling them back gets no answer.  These numbers appear to belong to CBV Collection Services Ltd in Calgary and also in Vancouver their TOLL FREE  number is 1-+1 888-311-1121.  I haven't been able to get anyone to answer this line yet.  They ask you to leave a message and then hang up.  The annoying thing is that I don't have any outstanding debts.  The next step is my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. CONFIRMED:  778 329 0347 and 604 687 4559 are for CBV Collection Services Ltd.  They can be reached at the 604 687 4559 number.  I just got off a call with them and they were looking for someone else. (last name LAW)When I told them that I had never heard of that person and that I have lived at this address and had my phone number for well over 5 years, they said that they would remove my number from the system.We'll see what happens.

In my case (and apparently many others here) the call did not go into a queue, it just hangs up after repeating the 'important business matter' message 2-3 times. The system you helped set up is busted. Hopefully they fix that crap - I can't believe it's legal at all to make automated calls like this.FYI regarding the do-not-call list I don't think it will stop calls like this, since they are calling for bill collection, not sales.

There is an easy way to stop unwanted calls, use your advanced call forwarding to forward specific numbers to an unvalid number that is out of service, they should stop calling you within a few days

They called at 8:15 AM!Didnt pick it up. I use Shaw so I blocked their number.
