This is CBV for sure! No doubt. The law regarding collections states clearly these aholes collectors have no legal right to harass in such a manner. I had calls once 16 times in 2 days from both #'s listed on here and refuse to even  answer as I know what they are and what they want. I am not even the person they are looking for and I told them this 3 x. Everytime they get a newbie on the phones they put them to work to show their quota to their d***head boss showing them that they actually make calls to harass people. Some system when they say they remove you and they dont. I just ignore these dorks  now. Let them waste all that time chasing the wrong guy! lol.

( I wonder what they actullay tell people they do for a living by the way) What a bunch of jokers! I just cant believe people do this crap for a living. I realize people have to do it but a more civil method must be available then this bs.

Got several calls from (778) 329-0347 and (604) 687-4559.  Both of these say they're calling about an important business matter.  The message repeats 2 or 3 times and the line goes dead.  Calling them back gets no answer.  These numbers appear to belong to CBV Collection Services Ltd in Calgary and also in Vancouver their TOLL FREE  number is 1-+1 888-311-1121.  I haven't been able to get anyone to answer this line yet.  They ask you to leave a message and then hang up.  The annoying thing is that I don't have any outstanding debts.  The next step is my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau.


CONFIRMED:  778 329 0347 and 604 687 4559 are for CBV Collection Services Ltd.  They can be reached at the 604 687 4559 number.  I just got off a call with them and they were looking for someone else. (last name LAW)

When I told them that I had never heard of that person and that I have lived at this address and had my phone number for well over 5 years, they said that they would remove my number from the system.

We'll see what happens.

Got a call from the (778) 329-0347 number and they were looking for some other person.  After I told the lady on the phone that nobody by that name lives at this address, nor have they in the last 10 years since I've been at this address, she typed something into her computer, and then she asked if this was the (Insert my last name) Residence to which it was, but I responded "No" and then told her I was busy and hung up!  - How the hell did they know my last name - when I wasn't the one they were calling bout!!!!

Got a call from (778) 329-0347 it said...were here to talk about important buisness matter or some crap... Some guy came on asking for a Rajinder?  Told him no one here of that name!; he asks me "Wrong Time?"  I say.."Listen Buddy..only white people at this place...no hindu's"  Then he said "Oh, ok...thanks anyways."

I received this call twice in two days...it was an automated message saying something like, "You are being contacted about an important business matter!  Please stay on the line."   I hung up.   If it is indeed a collection agency, they should have figured out by now that the person who had this number before hasn't had it for 3 1/2 years!!  How annoying!
