Not sure it's a collection agency..I answered it and recorded message of a female voice started rambling off a number "1 billion 9 hundred thousand and something and repeated itself 3 times then the line went dead"

Got se several calls from that number at any time of the day.when I returned the call, a voice recorder came on saying it was CBB agency. I hung up.

ya i got the phone call about 7 times today from that number while i was at work. phoned me on my cell but i didnt answer, at least now i know that it is a collection agency. damn scammers!!!
