This number was the contact number for Walter Edwards, the "Operations Manager" for H&W, Inc. at 1224 Willard Drive, Plano, TX 75075.  The letter stated that the recipient had "been, approved for a lump sum payment of $600,000 US dollars" which "must be claimed no later than June 19th, 2008."  Enclosed with the letter was a colorful check with a company name and address of H&W, Inc. 800 Klem Road, Plano, TX 75074 and drawn on Legacy Texas Bank at 1301 Custer Rd, Plano TX 75075, in the amount of $3,956.00.  The postmark was from Canada.  Other names on the letter were: Michael Woods, Accounts Manager; James Moore, "Chief Financial Officer Ph" (under a digitized signature of "James Monroe."
