Caller ID said Bristol for me as well. The 709 area code is from my home province of Newfoundland, Canada... but I am suspecting that it is a third party leased auto-dialer. Could be calls from anywhere. I tried calling the number but it is perpetually busy. Me thinks it is a machine.
