This is road side assistance calling to make sure the provider arrived. It is not a scam. They just want to verify your service has arrived and was completed. IF you don't respond, they do keep calling until it is out of there system. I know this because I used my Farmers Insurance road side assistance yesterday.

Stop scaring people, and generalizing 705 calls. It is just an automated robo call to make sure your road side assistance has arrived.I got the call after USAA insurance called a tow for me. Automated voice asked if assistance arrived, press 1, which I did, then calls ends.

Got this call after calling Roadside Assistance for Acura.  I assume it was to verify my claim, but I didn't answer.
