Autodialer, "You have won a free....." am reporting to every authority possible so that they get maximum fines....$15,000 Canada, $16,000 USA, for EACH call

Rec'd call from this number saying my name was drawn, and I won a free cell phone. 3 months free, after $18.00/month.  (free nights and weekends etc)However, caller seemed to be Asian, and I could barely understand her. She did say she was from Bell.  But she is not.  I called Bell Cellular to report this.

This phone number is involved with a scam stating that you have won a pre-activated Samsung Clio cell phone. The caller claims to be from Bell, has your address (scary), and asks for your birth date and social insurance number because they would not like this phone, worth $369, to be delivered to the wrong person! Caller had an Indian accent, claimed to be Sean Johnson, calling from New Jersey; a supervisory contact number 646-4996-9858 was provided. Information requested was not provided, yet caller phoned back 6 days later.

They have been calling several times for the last few days, no voice contact, however when someone finally spoke, there was so much static on the line, I couldn't hear them and they hung up!

keeps calling over the past 2 days - no one on the line - hangs uo after about 30 seconds
