keeps calling over the past 2 days - no one on the line - hangs uo after about 30 seconds

Autodialer, "You have won a free....." am reporting to every authority possible so that they get maximum fines....$15,000 Canada, $16,000 USA, for EACH call

I have received 2 calls from this number today even though I have a Do Not Call number but I did not answer it.  It's interesting that Wised Up wrote that the caller claimed to be calling from New Jersey because the 705 area code is in Ontario and includes Barrie and surrounding area.

Rec'd call from this number saying my name was drawn, and I won a free cell phone. 3 months free, after $18.00/month.  (free nights and weekends etc)
However, caller seemed to be Asian, and I could barely understand her.
She did say she was from Bell.  But she is not.  I called Bell Cellular to report this.
