we just got this call. offering a free "prize" for someone in the household who completed a survey. she couldn't tell me who.they knew our address and wanted to drop the "prize" off and have us listen to them about air quality or something.told her we weren't interested.

I have received calls from this number on my cell phone!  It showed the number but not the name so I called the number and they answered the phone "Rainbow".  I would like to know how these people are getting cell phone numbers now, they are supposed to be unlisted.
