When I got home from work today I noticed this number on my call display. When I tried to call it back to see who it was the call would not go through. A recording just came on saying " Your call did not go through...please hang up and try your call again". This happened each time I called the number (3X)

Female said she was calling from Bell saying they would be sending me a free Cell phone.  Female caller using name 'Vella' with a heavy Indian accent and broken English. They are calling every night now even though they have been told not to call again.  Seems to be a new scam by saying they are calling on behalf of Bell Canada or Rogers etc. in attempt to skirt do not call list.

This guy with a thick  accent keeps calling saying i owe for a cash advance loan. I never had a cash advance loan!!!!
