They called at 2:31 pm today, and there was a woman's voice (recorded message) saying something about credit cards and interest rates.Sounds like a scam.

Received a call on our landline at 1:25pm today. We were not home to receive the call, and they did not leave a message. When I called the number, there was a message asking me if I wanted to lower my interest rates...

If you receive a call, just lift the receiver, do not say a word and then close. It is an automated message which is activated by voice!
