they called but didn't leave a messdage or talk when i answered

My caller I.D. said ONTARIO. When I picked it up there was a message in a very official sounding British accent saying that this was Credit Services and due to new legislation I might be eligible for reduced credit card rates. Press 1 for more info, press 2 to be removed from their list. I pressed 1 and when the guy came on, I said I'd like to have the full name of the company and their street address. He said "Sure! Hang on! Then he hung up on me.No real business would do this.SCAMMER!!!

Who is this calling and where from

Just got a call from (647) 931-7539. I'm from Ottawa, ON. Added to my junk number list and will be blocked in the future. What a loser company!! According to the info listed from other users here, if they ask you for your credit card numbers, that is out right fraud. Beware.

If you receive a call, just lift the receiver, do not say a word and then close. It is an automated message which is activated by voice!
