they called but didn't leave a messdage or talk when i answered

I recieved a call from (647) 931-7539 at1513 hrs atlantic time, no answer but a noise in the background. I imediately hung up. I think that we should be able to hunt these people down and kick their butts. C9T6

Received a call from (647) 931-7539 at 4:17 pm Aug 3/11 and stopped after 2 rings.  Called number back and got message that could not complete the call as dialed.  Checked area code for 647 and appears to be in the Toronto area.

This company called me about my credit cards.  I thought it was sketchy, so I was nervous about providing any information, but they were able to provide me with a financial advisory service that helped me to combine my 7 cards into one low rate card.  My monthly payments are significantly reduced and more of my payments are going to principal.  I would recommend this to anyone with a high amount of credit card debt.

My caller I.D. said ONTARIO. When I picked it up there was a message in a very official sounding British accent saying that this was Credit Services and due to new legislation I might be eligible for reduced credit card rates. Press 1 for more info, press 2 to be removed from their list. I pressed 1 and when the guy came on, I said I'd like to have the full name of the company and their street address. He said "Sure! Hang on! Then he hung up on me.No real business would do this.SCAMMER!!!
