Received a call from (647) 931-7539 at 4:17 pm Aug 3/11 and stopped after 2 rings. ?Called number back and got message that could not complete the call as dialed. Checked area code for 647 and appears to be in the Toronto area.

Got a call from this number. Recorded message went to a live person (Jason Turner). I'm on the do not call list, but played along to get as much information as possible. He asked me some questions about credit card debt and then said I qualified for interest rate reduction. He asked me for the customer service number off the back of my card. That's when I told him I was on the DNCL and told him I was reporting him and to remove me from the list. The info I got from him was Global Asset Services 1-+1 888-290-8281.
