they called but didn't leave a messdage or talk when i answered

Received a phone call picked up and said Hello and dead air on the other end. When called the number back it was saying the magic jack customer is unavailable to take your message as it is full. Jan/7/2014.

To paraphrase your own note, No one does business with a Company which makes nuisance calls to find out if people WANT or NEED their services.     Do you realize how many people you offend and how much of their time you waste?    It's easier to move over to calling someone who has ASKED for your services rather than be nuisance callers.

they are text messaging my cell phone with ads for "shoutit.com"so invasive.is there anything i can do about this, like blocking them, or anywhere i can report this? if i could set my phone to block the messages before they come in then that would be great. it would be nice not to have to pay for text messages which come to my phone and are essentially spam.

Automated calling machine, said hello, after 5 seconds hung up just as an agent come on and said hello. Telemarketer do not respect the "Do not call" list!

Just got a call from (647) 931-7539. I'm from Ottawa, ON. Added to my junk number list and will be blocked in the future. What a loser company!! According to the info listed from other users here, if they ask you for your credit card numbers, that is out right fraud. Beware.
