stuped people do calls for nothing

I received a call from (647) 930-1195.  I called them back.  It was TRG Marketing Solutions.  They do research on behalf of third parties.  If you want to have your name removed there are a few steps to follow to have your name removed from their dialing registry.  Hopefully they will now stop calling me.

I am also getting call from this number per day at least 3-4 times, the person who calls me every time he says he is from TD bank Canada. he is also very disturbing and does not have any status about himself.

When you call back, no matter when, the line is silent for a while then a busy signal comes on.
Many calls a day, every day. Screamingly annoying...want this to stop and can't reach them.
