I also got this call this morning from (647) 847-1061 - The CPA (Canadian Police Association)  - initially automated, then male American (slow drawl) voice.  After he made his pitch about cyber bullying he asked if he could he count on my support. I said no since I already donate regularly to 6 childrens' charities.  He then became rude and hung up.  I called back and the recording that I heard was that it was the Canadian Police Association (CPA).  So, I emailed the anti-fraud unit of the RCMP to let them know.  Never ceases to amaze me - the absence of conscience with which some people operate.

Also received call from 1-(647) 847-1061 for donation to help stop anti bulling going from $500.00 down to $50.00 when I told himno thanks.Apparently this is a fraud.

Called about 6:15 p.m. and no one there when I answered

Answered the phone without noticing caller and it was our friend "Paul"  supposedly from Canadian Police Services.anti bullying campaign.Became verbally aggressive when I requested info by mail.  Continued to natter on about my donation  amount, $25,50  and so on.  He finally ended the call when I started to laugh at the entire incident. But, be wary of this individual. I can see that he could convince some individuals  to donate.

I was waiting for a call and answered without looking, the guy said his stuff and I told him I had already donated but would call the police to make sure they had gotten my donation.  He hung up very quickly & when I called back no one answered.
