The fax kept calling my desk phone several times a day, so I would forward the call to my fax machine. Any way, in the header of the faxes that came through the number to unsubscribe is (416) 863-2101 or 1-+1 866-309-3811, oh, and it is a fax service provided by CNW Group for Canada Newswire.

Thanks!  I was able to call them and tell them to take me off the list.  I'll have to see if they really took my number off.
