they called my home 2 times within 25mins.  i answered the phone the man on the phone was nice at first untill i said i rented , i asked to be taken off the list and he said ok and hung up.  25 mins later this company called again it was a lady she was impatient and rude. i tried to explain to her about the man who just called but she hung up. i have gone to their web site onecallreno.com and i did get throught to their 1888 number but could only leave a message the 289 number was busy and so was 1647 it just rang

Their telemarketers are very rude.

showed up as One Call Reno on my call display and I did not answer it, as I have no dealings with a anybody by that name

This company was contracted to R&R some vinyl tiles after a water leak in the apartment we are renting.  3 men showed up on Thursday to lift the tiles - one to work the machine that removed the tiles, the other one carried the broom and dustpan and the 3rd one carried the garbage bag.  They were supposed to return on Friday -but didn't show up.  We were told by our landlord that they couldn't contact them and that it likely would be Monday before they came back.  Saturday morning at 9:15am a worker showed up at our door.  Did a very poor job of laying the tile, glue was left on the baseboard and on the parquet flooring in the hallway - then found out that he had laid them all upside down !!  Monday morning he came back, lifted those tile, laid new ones but from different dye lots, but that was "ok" he said .  He only went out and got the matching tiles after I called the Landlord.  He tried 3 different times to lay tile in the opposite direction but I stopped him.  He pounded the tiles into place when they wouldn't fit.  Adequate job when he was finished but it took him 5 hours to do a 6 x 7 foot room.  I absolutely would not recommend these guys.  If I still owned my home they certainly wouldn't be doing any work.I got the phone number of this company when this worker tried to call me on Saturday to see if I was home so he could come back to continue working on the tiles.  He wouldn't talk to me when he called, just hung up - found out later he "no speak English".  He arrived at my door a couple of minutes later.
