Got a call today from this number. An indian fellow was on the line and he's offering a wall plug-in system that will cut your hydro bill by 40%. He states that you have a two month free trial and if you cut your bill by 40%, your not obligated tp pay the $170 cost. Yea right  ! I've heard of these systems but, the're still going through patent fights.... Sounds like a scam! I told him to cll me back on Monday , I'll give you guys the 411 when I get the chance
