Xentel is a telemarking company specializing in pressuring people to donate for charity. Go onto their site and email on the special "do not call" address and ask to be removed. They cannot produce a charity registration number [required if you are registered with government to show you are ligitimate] and request you pledge money first to get any information mailed to you. They state the charity number is on invoice [do not be fooled & do not promise anything]. They answer phone with the charity organization name and not their own name. When they use "Xentel" it sounds like the person's own name. Very secretive.

This number called and I was sitting on the toilet.  I ran to answer the call since I am looking for a new job, but they hung up before I could get to the phone.  No message was left either.When I called the number on the Call Display- I got about 2 seconds of music, then disconnected.  I called them back 3X and the music/disconnect occured all three times.
