The call came in at 10:00 PM last night.  I answered and no one was on the line.  I called back this morning and got a man's voice on the message who said that they were experiencing technical difficulties to call back in 48 hours.  I registered on the Do Not Call List. It was great for about 8 weeks. Now I am getting more calls than ever like the one last night!  What can we do?  I usually don't answer these calls but when I am using a phone with no call display I don't want to ignore a possible call from an out of town friend or relative.
