left no message

I heard beeping that sounded like the beep when you're about to leave a message on someones answering machine. I let the call continue to see if anything would happen, but the beeping continued for about 60 seconds, then the call ended on it's own. Who's phone number is this?

Had the same experience today.  I think someone has a fax machine and doesn't check the numbers they are dialing.

i answered the ring but no body there
