Call received at 3:11 PM, when I answered they hung up. It baffles me why the phone companies can notget rid of these scam artists. Also the Fed. Gov't should be enacting better legislation to control unsolicted calls. It seems that the Gov't has not got the guts to get rid of them. The Do Not Call laws do not work.

Pause before they came on after I answered - my first clue.
Asked for "Homeowner" in halting, heavily accented English - my second clue
I told them to take me off their list whoever they were and hung up.
I don't even bother to answer these calls usually, but the legitmate looking phone number got me.

Yeah I just got a call from them too.  Pause with no response when I said hello.  If they don't answer right away then I hang up.  Really wish these telemarketers, scammers, crooks, or whoever they are would just all pass away one night and speed up the flow of traffic.  There is no place on earth that needs them, they are just leaches of society preying on the weak.  Even legitimate marketers, I wish they would all go away.  If I want something I will go looking for it, no need to solicit me.
