This number called my child's cell phone resulting in Long Distance charges

Yes this number is an Indian man who say he want to be my friend because my friend no longer want to be my friend. what is this? i no need no indian friend! i am packy i have lots of friend already. wo why this guy call me up and is like i want to be your indian friend?

Give me a break, there is no charge for calling me if it is a local call.  All i want is to be your friend because somone else does not want to be your friend any more.  Call me back any time and have a goooood day eh.

Actually, my friend sent a text for me to call him back at this particular #(647) 476-2995). IT IS A PRANK. I just got my phone bill and was charged long distance for calling this number even though when you google it, the joke site says there is no charge for calling these numbers.

Please how it may cost me money would you explain.
