Received an email from a chineese man saying he wants to buy our house. His wife was in hong kong and they wanted to buy it without seeing it...that struck me as funny and that they wanted to give us a deposit right away before someone else bought it.. i emailed them numerous times and called and never got ahold of them.....sounds like some sorta scam that they pray on people tyring to sell their own houses.

FRAUD - I received an email from a "Chinese man" advising he wants to buy my house. He had a big sob story as to why he does not want to deal with estate agents. Anyway it went on from there but this is defintely a FRAUD!
