Dead air for several seconds, then a hang-up.

Calls frequently at any day or time. One time I answered and there was nothing for several seconds so I hung up.

Called my family asking for me. Did not leave a message. Rang back, message says "Thank you for calling the general information line!  Sorry we missed your call.  Please leave a message, with area code, and we'll get back to you." No idea what this is about.

this number just called me tiwice in 20 minutes i didnt pick up the phone

dead air on reply - very likely to be a telemarketer.
