it rang normaly, i picked it up, and it was like static, and hung up, not even a minute, and im like what the hell?!?!?

Caught me by surprise as I am on the do not call list and have been since the beginning!  It was a sales call - Prime Seal Inc. came up on the monitor along with the number.  They should be reported and fined as it was obvious they were just going through the phone book!

Rang twice and then they hung up.  I'm on the Do Not Call List.
