I didn't do anything

this just happened to me today.. how can this happen? it was not from a friend though but it was from a car dealer.

it scares me...

I had a voice mail from this number but it was actually from a friend. After I listened to the message the number was gone

As soon as you buy an unlocked Alcatel flip phone (worst phone ever by the way so read the reviews before purchase), you get a message on there saying you have 255 voice mail messages and that your are to call this number. Sounds quite fraudulent to me. Of course I didn't dial it.

Will never again have service with Virgin or Bell, the software can not delete this number or neutralize, it's Bell's ......to make money on you...this is a scam that is going on for years and CRTC allows this ..

Got the same thing last night.....Virgin advised me of a new message in my maibox but.....nothing! Must be these harrassing sollicitation message originating from India or Pakistan.....grrrrr!

I think it's possible that it's the way Virgin Mobile routes a call coming from outside Canada - first you see the foreign number, but when it goes to voice mail, it's the Virgin Mobile voice mail number. This just happened to me. There was a legitimate voice mail message left on my phone. So, I have a feeling it's not sinister, but is the way the calls are being routed (so it's a technology issue related to cell phones).

It's a sub- company for virgin. It's to set up your voice mail on your phone.

ya this number is starting to creep me out------if you even have a 1.00 owing to virgin they will harrasse you to no end nice company I say we all gang up and do a multi law suit--these phone companys need to be put in their place----it is very creepy

Just got another call from this number to my cell today......it went to voicmail and am fed up!

How do I stop this "spam" call. Every time I pick up my phone there is a call waiting from this number. ENOUGH ALREADY.

All I heard was footsteps in the background on my voice mail. It sounded like a woman in high heels walking on a wooden floor. Nothing was said.

I called and it says hello you have reached your virgin mobile voice mailbox....
maybe call virgin and ask them hope this helps somewhat
