It's random. For me, it was "car insurance has expired.." and carries on about how you can reduce your level of payments. Since I live in Saskatchewan, with government-forced insurance, it's a dead give-away scam.

I asked how they got my number. He asked for my name, I asked what company he was calling on behalf of. He asked for my name. Since he called , told him he should know. He said he did not do ESP. I hung up.
