I just got this call today.  Didn't get to it in time and it went to voice mail; no message left.  I'm registering a complaint about it on the National Do Not Call List website.  Although from what I heard on the news recently it doesn't seem to matter.

Recorded message: "This is Sarah. We are calling on behalf of your credit card company. There is no problem with your credit cards at the moment but it is urgent that you call us regarding your eligibility for reduced interest rates."
