I got a call from this number, but when ｉ　ｐｉｃｋｅｄ　ｕｐ，it was hanged up.

I am located in Calgary and I received a call on Feb. 5, 2011 from (647) 288-1289. The male caller didnot introduce himself to me, i.e. his name or which company he was working for. I asked him multiple times to tell me who he was and where he was calling from. He was calling to request that I "confirm" my credit card information with him. We get called several times a day, and have for years. They want to get your credit card or personal data for some scam product or service. If you answer tell them nothing and hang up. Asking to be taken off their list, or threats go nowhere.Don't waste your time getting frustrated.They use spoofing software to fake any phone exchange in the world. They say it's great for professional people to protect their identity - but we all know the scum that use these services/software.These jerks could be anywhere - likely some 3rd world country where no law can reach them. So far, many, many complaints have been filed. They're getting desperate it seems. What a bunch of crooks, esp. during the holiday season!

the company is legit . but they charge you a fortune for their severices they also had my security codes for master card AND visa i was assured that they should not have these numbers

i recieved a call today from (647) 288-1289 phone number the guy ask me alot of question including birth date which i never give but i was able to give my pc master card number with expiration date what should i do now?
