I got tons of calls from (647) 278-9950. It costs me a lot.

I have Rogers prepaid, with voicemail, and each month I get billed an average of 14 times for voice messages from this number (647) 278-9950.  Ironically, this number NEVER shows up on my phone's call log.  Things that make you go Hmmmm.

Me as well but I don't have voicemail on my phone but it shows up on my rogers bill as a voicemail message. WTF

I just called Rogers.  Somehow they set up voice mail on my pay-as-go and even though no one can leave messages, I get charged if they stay on long enough to get the 'THIS PERSON HAS NOT SET UP THEIR VOICE MAIL" message.  I called Rogers and had them cancel this feature.

I too have been getting calls from (647) 278-9950 for the last 3 months. I called rogers paygo and was told nothing could be done as far as refunding my money. This costs me big time!  I told the rep of a similar scam on my landline phone, when I had it,  that came from rogers, and that I think this is the same thing, only for pay phones. I had until today, voice-mail with my plan. Rogers offered to remove it, and did. I also asked for a print out of the last 3 months of call transactions, which they are going to mail me @ $3.95. These calls never show up on my phones call log. I only use this phone very infrequently, and $20.00 a month does it for me, occasionally 40.00, some times. I now have to pay $60.00/mo, just to make my regular calls. Faxing all records to CRTC as soon as possible. Going to Twitter and Facebook with it too!I HATE ROGERS WITH A PASSION!!
