Spend a little bit of effort, and find out who owns the exchange. Every time you get a spam call from that exchane, use THEIR toll free line to call and complain. Sooner or later they will tire of the complaints and deal with the spammer. TO write a short note an go away - is both useless and meaning less. You have to go after te service providers for these jerks.
