I received a letter today saying that I won a lottery in the UK with a phone number (647) 219-2046 and a check for $3980 enclosed. This thing reeks so badly of pure SCAM it reminds of the email I got from someone CLAIMING to be Yassar Arafat's Widow who wanted to her late husband's money to Americans to invest.
