Wanted to know who number belongs to as it has to do with a check sent to me in the amount ot $4885.00 and claiming that this is the first check of a $250,000.00 lump sum from a contest? The taxes are supposed to be $2,985.00 and they want these to be paid through a Moneygram at Walmart or any Western Union . A letter states I will receive tax information from my Clai8m Agent TOM HOWARD.  This has to be a SCAM.
