The call comes from the Waymark Group of Companies.  The listed head of the company is Graeme Waymark.  He is a severly mentally ill man who gets joy out of annoying the public at large.  He lives at #11 Pondside in Ottawa

yea this person called me too about debt collection its a scam and it has to be a cellular phone number if the area code is 647 so possibly a telemarketing scam running from a certain individual and not a company

wait my bad i didnt read the other comments but yea it appears to be running from a graphics design place according to google maps or perhaps the place has shutdown and change to something else which is the telemarketer place but google maps doesnt always have an accurate show of all the stores on maps  especially in canada
