Received two seperate call on my cell phone by this number. No messages left. They called at very odd hours like 4:35 am my west coast time. Intellius reverse search is no help but have forwarded to the fed comm division for investigation. I called the number back a message left by a "Luke White" who is obviously French and in Ontario where the number base traces to will not return calls or explain why he called my cell without leaving message on the two odd houred occasions.

I am also speaking with my cell carrier to document the calls and do their own tracing for the fcd.
