I recive a phone call in the middle of the night.

I received a call on both my office line and cell from this number...no message was left and I tried to call back, it's telling me that the number is not assigned

This number called me 4 times in 15 mins this afternoon on Aug 7, 2012. Nobody answered and they did not leave a message on my cell.Any updates on what it might be?

I answered the phone at 6am but nobody spoke.
It was written (613) 952-9623 and Niamy.

its a number at the bottom of a fake "official Transport Canada" warning about  car seat on side of rd scam and eggs thrown at windshield. Maybe someone should call Bell canada and ask them, or alert the police. someone must be paying for this number to exist and be used for malicious purposes.
