I received a call from someone claiming to be from Revenue Canada about my tax free savings account.  They said their name was Moussa Traore.  I didn't feel comfortable giving out my personal information so they told me to call Revenue Canada to verify their information and then to call them back at 1 +1 877-480-1984.  

I called Revenue Canada and they told me that they only give out personal ID numbers, not names.  They didn't have the number on file either.  It's a scam trying to steal personal information from people.

I received the same call/message from the same number(s), with the same nonsense about my TFSA and supposed "immigration date" (I was born in Canada).  I called back just to suss them out, and "Sonia" got very flustered when I asked her to prove she was from the real CRA.  Then she tried to get personal information such as my birthdate.  That's when I told her I knew this was a scam and hung up.The fact this scam is still operating three years after your initial post is very worrying.
