Got a phone call from Orleans Urgent Care and when I googled the number it was the fax number for Orleans Urgent Care. The lady identified herself as someone doing an energy rebate program survey and wanted to send someone out to our house tomorrow to show us what we were eligible for. She was very persistent and when she couldn't book an appointment, she said she would call back. Why would a reputable company spoof their name and number? Definitely sounds like a scam to elicit personal information and/or case your house. Truly believe they would have sent someone over with official forms to fill out which obviously would include eliciting personal information from you. Beware if they are reputable they would be above board with the company information. Starts off as a survey then the questions turn in to a fact finding mission for personal information.
