Somebody called me from this number (613) 783-5997) and the answering machine asked me to use the services of the telephone company - in Hebrew (!!!) I barely speak Hebrew but can recognize it. When I called them back for asking them to put my number on their Do Not Call List their machine said -The number you have reached is not in service.It is very unpleasant.
