This idiot always calls and never talks. ?When I call back, no. is always busy.  I think it is just a no. that has outgoing calls only and likes to bother people. I'm about to report this no. to the police because this person has done it to me many times and it is like a threat to me.  They can find out who this no. belongs to, they won't have any problem with it.
