I agree it might be a fax...why...because i've said hello two days in a row and...there was no one there. Then today I let it go to machine...no message...but the weird thing is...no fax machine sounds...just dead air.

Yeh its the hospital, just got a call, and they left a message as well (I googled the number before my cell notified me of v/m). Seems my sleep study is due up soon.

This is in fact an Ottawa General Hospital number.  Just goat a call reference changing an appointment with teh eye clinic.  I suspect the same caller ID number shows up for calls out of numerous departments.

its a FAX machine that phones my place atleast 4 times per day.

also got a missed call from this number this afternoon

got a message last night, left me a message , said hi this is james, talk to you later , bye.
tried calling back and says outgoing calls only...
