I agree it might be a fax...why...because i've said hello two days in a row and...there was no one there. Then today I let it go to machine...no message...but the weird thing is...no fax machine sounds...just dead air.

It is not specific to MRI's - it can also be for an Ultrasound, or some other kind of general appointment at The Ottawa Hospital.They will usually leave you a message. For me, it was simply a reminder of an upcoming appointment.

As stated in an earlier e-mail, this is a number used by the Ottawa General Hospital for "out-going calls only" (you cannot call back at this number). It is a general number used by all staff at the hospital for out-going calls (ie. not just for MRI).
