more and more of these annoying calls. I usually just hang up. a few occasions, we turned on our fax machine. only to find out its an advertizement. a little research reveals many calls are initiated from the middle east, using a Canadian number, which any one can do using  a fairly inexpensive device - and there is NOTHING the phone company can do about it - except change you number or offer you a call-blocking service.All these calls wherher fax, automated message have the same goal - TO GET YOUR MONEY -they are phishing for bank info, credit card into, anything to scam hardworking people out of their hard earned money.

Same thing here. Calls out office lines over and over and over again with only that beeping noise when you pick up the phone. When you call back that number, the line disconnects. Tried to Google to find out where this number is from but I have been unsuccessful.

I am getting a stream of calls from (613) 736-4375[or]2[or]1 out of Ottawa  ON.  I finally answered only to hear 'beeps'.  I dialed a couple off of my caller ID and got a "This number is not in service." recordingI do hope this stops soon or someone can tell me how to block the calls.

Repeated calls from this number....and want to send a fax....but always calling on my phone number

Constantly caling our bussiness line. There is only beeping on the other end. When I call the number back it disconnects right away.
