Received a call from this #. They did not talk just called and thin air -  I called back and it said it was WCH and that it did not recognize my # as a subscriber.  It is located on my caller ID as Ontario Canada.I am notifying all these calls with the File a complaint through  Federal Communications Commissions: This came in on my cell and I just look through my history on my iphone and see all the times and dates and record them all or you will need to write them on a piece of paper and then send them.  It is so annoying and they call all the time.. http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
