I'm presently working with CRA to fix my return and they say this is a scam. No legal action has been started by CRA. When in doubt, call CRA at 1-+1 800-959-8281. Don't get scammed.

Just like Scam Call from CRA - Canada TAX agency. Talks about lawsuits and arrests which are false, misleading. and illegal.
