Just so you know if you do that, what they do is take you off their system and then your number goes in to an automated pool which they sell to more telemarketers. I wouldn't do that if I was you.

the phone just keeps ringing and it is too early for this s*it when they call... do they not know to hang up after 5 rings.

If you call back the number from a landline and press 9 during the message you can be put on their do not call list, you just have to leave the number that they called you at.

Got a call from these guys a moment ago and just hung up after reading what was posted here.

Yes, I did twice, on my office work phone and my personal phone. Last call was on my personal phone. They left a message about unsecured doc and financial problems, I found how to report if we all do they will have to stop. It's important and easy to report.

Called my business number yesterday and my cell phone today not to mention my home phone earlier this month. Trying to sell their debt consolidation services. I just finished filing a complaint with CRTC (https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng) about them violating the Automatic Dialing-Announcing Device (ADAD) Rules for Telemarketers.
