I recieved a call from him too. He says his name is Carl Jackson, and that he is from hydro power. There is a website now, but it appears to be new. He wanted me to make my decision tonight. What I would like to know is (lol). I there is a device that reduces your bill by 40% and it was certified in 2008, why doesn't everyone have one if its as easy as just plugging it in - and you can purchase it for a limited time only at $199.00.He gave my the 613 number to call back after I made my decision. The number 760-705-8888 is the number that shows up on the call display which is the number that shows up when your calling from your google account.This is almost as good as the 1.5 million and the mercedes bens.

I received a call from this number claiming that they are working for the prov gov / energy saving dept and asked for bank details to install the power saving device.

I asked for details about the device either through email or website and he said that they are not allowed to provide details to customers!!!

I told him that I am not interested in acuiring the device and he then told me that I have to pay a cancellation fee as a device license was already alocated to me!!

I told him to do what he has to do and I am not paying anything and in fact will report him to the authorities

The caller name was Josh Mclaire and he sounded Asian
