Rang, answering machine picked up, silence for a few seconds then they disconnected

calls several times a day

I have gotten several calls from them and I am on the "do not call list".I have asked them to specifically remove from their call system.  The continue..Even though "opinion poles" are exempt from the do not call list in general, they are required stop calling you if you ask them to stop.  If they continue to call after that, they are in breach of the regulations and can be fined.

This number calls me daily, several times a day.  Sometimes they talk, sometimes they hang up.  And they never leave a message on the answering machine.  I have requested that they stop calling but they continue to call anyway.

This number called me 5 times before 9 P.M.  It would never leave a message.First time called left caller i.d. of Ottowhall, ON, next would leave, Caller Unknown.  Rings 4 times and hangs up, does not leave message.   I do not answer because I do not recognize the number.   I am on the "dO NOT CALL LIST".

I've received four of these calls in the last 24 hrs.  The first time I answered, no one was on the other end..NOW, I simply don't answer the phone.  Someone needs to shut these people down.
