We received 5 calls (3 calls yesterday and 2 calls today) from (613) 688-2311. He also knows my son's name somehow. Did he know any of your names? He hangs up when asked the purpose of his call. When I tried to call back to the number, the system is busy most of the time and the system says "let bell notify you when the line is free within next 30 minutes, press star; $1.50 applies"

I just got a call from this number as well telling me I had some unpaid fines on my vehicle.. I thought it was a prank call so I hungup.. But it was a man and he sounded like a professional or a computer maybe...

Just got a call from this number. 613 being my local area code i took the call and no one was on the other end ready to talk. I am on Rogers Wireless in Ottawa.

This number showed up as the caller when I called using Skype. It's not always this number that shows up when I call from Skype. In fact, I think this is the first time it did. Strange.

I have 5-10 phone calls a day every day starting Monday July 5, 2010. We could see on call display only number 000-000-0000. Other day we had phone call from the same person, my son recognized his voice the number was (613) 866-2311. The guy tried to sell some unknown drugs for $460.00 and asked the credit card number and offered to come to our house and bring the drugs. He knows our last and first names, our address and it is scares us a lot. I reported to police, but phone calls continue again and again. All our family is just sick and tired of this. I would appreciate it if somebody can HELP.
