This is a scam.I think that they are trying to get personal information by marketing themselves as people who give out grants.

Many of those companies that leave voice mail ads, not many have kept their word when I had requested to be taken off their calling list.  They have done that so far and I have not had a call since.

I contacted these folks to take me off their list and I was thinking to myself that they're just lying their teeth off and they're not going to do what they had promised.  But I have not received any other voice message ads from them so far... to be determined.
