I frequently received recorded messages from Denis St-Jacques from le Centre d'Aide au Financement d'Entreprise. He says he can send information by mail that explain how to start a new company. I never called him back as I'm not interested in that kind of program. I've receive that message every two weeks for the last 2 or 3 months. I read other comments on this site about the same program (though the phone number is not the same - it changes...). It seems that people who received the documentation had to pay 230 $ for it. It's supposed to be a join program from both federal and provincial governments!
Is it real or is it a scam ??? Government (or any other company) shouldn't be allowed to annoy people with pre-recorded messages.
