It is not impotent my freind. I too have a grudge against these idiots. If enough people complain the crtc keeps track of all complaints. When they receive a specific number against the company they take action and fine them heavily. get all your freinds to complain as well. I know the crtc has already contacted them regarding this . I know because I saw the letter as I usedc to work there and the  crtc is taking action.

Caller ID says Capital Window, a company I have never dealt with. These jerks phone several times a day.
