If you get a call from this number is because you or someone at your house is or has been a member or donator for either the Conservative Party, ?PC Party, Canadian Alliance or Reform Party.They don't do random calls. They only call people in their list of current or former members & donators.And if everyone in your house says they're not members, well someone's lying =)Also, the Canadian Do Not Call List does not apply to political parties and charitable organisations, so you have to tell them to remove you from their list and never call you again.

You are full of it. It is just my wife and I in our house.  We've had our phone # for close to 10 years.  Neither of us has donated any money or anything or even supported the Tories.  My wife hates the Tories more then I so your argument of they don't random call is hogwash!

My first obviously bogus call of the year (January 3, 2011 at 3:18 P.M.) was from these folks.  I missed it and they did not leave a message.  I will have to try harder.

this number called my duaghers looking for me by a name I have not used for 4 years! ?when I called back operator says number is disconnected.The woman gave my daughter a hard time claiming that I must be at that number, was sure I was not there!

I have just received a call from (613) 667-9148...contrary to your assertion that if they called us it means we must have contributed to the PC party ....we have never, ever had a relationship with the PC party, nor are we contemplating having a relationship in the near future...and why are they calling in january 2012 .They still have 3 years left to reign...Yes?
